Founded by Jessica Herrera, who has more than 10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, renovations, and real estate development, our Workforce Development program was created to provide young adults with practical skills, real-world experience, and meaningful career opportunities.

Our goal extends beyond preparing young adults for employment. We equip participants with the skills, mentorship, and entrepreneurial foundation needed to build successful careers, launch businesses, and create lasting wealth. We believe true success comes not only from earning a paycheck, but from creating opportunities through business ownership, leadership, and long-term financial independence.

Construction

Participants receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced professionals in construction-related trades, including:

Participants may train directly with our organization or be paired with trusted contractors and industry partners to gain valuable real-world experience.

Logistics

Our Logistics program introduces participants to one of today’s fastest-growing industries. Youth receive exposure to transportation, delivery operations, and logistics while learning skills that can lead to immediate employment and future business ownership.

As participants gain experience, they are encouraged to apply the entrepreneurship principles they have already learned, helping them understand how they can eventually own and operate their own transportation business.

Janitorial Services

Participants interested in the commercial cleaning industry receive hands-on training in professional janitorial services while learning the fundamentals of operating a successful service-based business.
